Our lamb ribs got an upgrade with Cooking Cleaver’s new products: BBQ rub and spiced plum chutney, straight from our sister shop in Dingle.

After just 30 minutes in the oven, we enjoyed this amazing combination!

Huge thanks to Paul Malcolm @chefmalcolm and Tom Flavin @tomflavin for sparking this idea, it was worth it!
